Credit purchase refund policy
Pikbo credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You may request a full-order refund within 7 days of payment if your current available credits are sufficient to deduct all credits granted by that purchase. Requests enter manual review, and funds return to the original payment method only after an administrator approves the request.
Review and settlement
Pending review means the request was submitted; it does not mean funds have returned. After approval, the payment provider may still need time to process the refund. Final timing depends on the provider or card issuer.
Orders and refund requests
View purchase records, refund eligibility, and review outcomes on the signed-in Credit orders page. This policy page does not read account orders.
If you see an unexpected charge
Do not send a full card number. Use the contact page and include the account email, payment date, amount, and statement description so we can investigate.
