Using the service
You may use Pikbo's creation, Library, Pikbo credits, payment, and order features. Availability, required credits, price, and input requirements are those shown when you submit an action.
Content and rights
Submit only text, images, video, audio, and 3D files you have the right to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, music rights, or other rights, and do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
Necessary processing license
When you submit a job, you give us a limited license necessary to store and validate inputs, use the selected third-party service, deliver results, and resolve failures. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
Third-party services
Generation, payment, file storage, and print fulfillment may be performed by third parties. A provider failure may delay, fail, or cancel an action or require reconciliation; jobs, credits, and orders are updated from the actual outcome.
Accounts and personal spaces
You are responsible for protecting your account and sign-in credentials. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate another user, read another user's private content, or transfer file access without permission.
Prohibited uses
Do not bypass Pikbo credit settlement or rate limits, probe security boundaries, upload malicious files, falsify payment, job, or order states, or use automation to harm the platform or other users.
Payments, refunds, and physical orders
Pikbo credit purchases, refund requests, and physical orders follow the prices, refund policy, and order terms shown in the product. A successful payment does not automatically approve a refund. Materials, delivery, and cancellation terms will be shown before placing a physical order.
