How it works

Photo in · clip out

Upload a toy photo you own, choose the recipe, and review whether Studio returned a live render or a labeled cached demo.

  1. 1

    Upload one photo

A clear shot of a designer toy, figure, or blind-box pull you own. Plain background works best.

  2. 2

Use the tool on this page

With provider access configured, submit the listing-ready clip for a live render. Otherwise you receive a clearly labeled cached demo.

  3. 3

    Download & post

Review generated details before publishing. Free includes one Mini 5s 480p live trial with an on-player mark.

Why this works for Toy photography

Toy photographers and collectors often have a hard drive of excellent stills that die as single Instagram posts. Motion extends the life of a shot without restaging the set.

Best inputs: sharp focus on the figure, controlled light, and a background you would be happy to see moving slightly. Busy city backdrops can distract; mini dioramas often shine with a gentle camera push.

Use miniature-scene or floating-hero style recipes when the photo is already cinematic. Use spin when the photo is a clean product packshot and you want marketplace energy instead of story energy.

Soft launch honesty: Free Mini is one live clip with fixed caps. Cached Lab examples on the site are not generated from your upload. Failed live jobs refund credits.

Workflow tip: shoot once for photo, generate variants for different platforms, keep the original RAW/JPEG archive as your source of truth.

Questions

Can I animate existing toy photos?

Yes — upload a photo you own, pick a recipe, and generate a short draft. Confirm rights for any branded or collab figures before public posts.

Does Pikbo replace a real camera move?

No. It drafts AI motion from a still for social and listing use. Complex stop-motion stories still belong on a real rig.

Is there a watermark?

With provider access configured, Free includes one Seedance Mini 5-second 480p live trial with an on-player Pikbo mark. Creator and Shop use the 720p path without that player mark; server-burned file watermarking is still a separate launch task.

How many live clips are included?

At the current flat 10-credit rate, Free is about 1 Mini trial, Creator about 5 live jobs, and Shop about 15. Live generation is finite; cached Lab references can be replayed without credits. Model, duration, and resolution weighting is a future server-enforced change, not a current promise.

Can I use the videos commercially — for my shop or ads?

Paid plans include commercial use, so you can run reviewed clips on your Etsy, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or paid ads. The single Free Mini live trial is for personal use and shows an on-player mark.

How many photos do I need?

Just one. A single clear photo of the toy you own is enough — no multi-angle shoot, no turntable, no rig.

How is this different from just filming with my phone?

Filming gives you direct control over the real object; Pikbo offers generated motion and scenes from one photo. Outputs can change small sculpt or color details, and configured live renders usually take 30–90 seconds.
